Ocean Village Villas is a deed restricted community.

Our design objectives are to:

Maintain consistency with the overall design concept for the community, promote harmonious architectural and environmental design qualities and features, promote and enhance the visual and aesthetic appearance of the community, and maintain a clean, neat, orderly appearance.

An Architectural Review Committee (ARC) request for improvement is required before any exterior improvement, modification, alteration, and the like is made to an Owner’s Lot or Dwelling Unit. Forms are available at the HOA office or on the Resident login portal.
