SYNOPSIS OF RULES 

(THIS SYNOPSIS IS FOR QUICK REFERENCE ONLY AND IS NOT ALL-INCLUSIVE.  REFER TO THE RECORDED RULES AND REGULATIONS IN "DOCUMENTS" FOR COMPLETE INFORMATION.)

Short-term rentals (less than 6 months + 1 day) are not permitted.

Trash pick-up is on Monday and Thursday – please do not put bags of trash out before the day of pickup.

Clean up after your pet.

Use only approved paint colors.

To maintain consistency of appearance, all window treatments visible to the outside should be white or off-white; external signage and ornamentation is not permitted unless it meets approved guidelines.

External fruit, vegetable or herb plants are not permitted as they attract unwanted pests.

Out buildings (e.g., storage sheds/cabinets) are not permitted in front or side yards.

Keep drive-ways, porches and patios clear of clutter.

Vehicle covers are not permitted.

Observe the pool rules at all times.

Overnight parking of commercial vehicles, boats, trailers and RVs is not permitted in the community.

Maintain the exterior of your home and property – e.g., pressure wash mold/fungus.

Ensure the HOA Office has updated contact information at all times.  If you have a Tenant in residence, a current Tenant Information Sheet is required to be on file in the HOA Office.

HOA quarterly fees are due on the 1st of January, April, July, and October – please pay on time. Cash payments or partial payments are not accepted. (Late fees will be assessed.)
